We provide students with a stimulating environment so that they can explore themselves beyond textbooks. A maximum of 30 students are kept in one section so as to enable the faculty to give students individual attention. Students are assessed regularly by conducting unit tests, monthly and terminal examinations. In addition, project work and assignments are given on a regular basis to make students innovative and creative. Generally, three unit tests and three terminal examinations are given in a year.

Students are required to obtain a minimum number of 40 percent marks in all the subjects in the overall internal evaluation to qualify themselves to appear for the board examinations. Otherwise, they shall have to repeat the course in the following year. Students are also frequently taken to field visits to gain hands-on experience on different subjects. Parents-teachers' meetings are held frequently to share and discuss the academic performance of students. Renowned personalities from different fields are invited to deliver lectures on pragmatic and current issues from time to time.
