Financial Regulations
- Tuition fee is charged for twelve months.
- Charges for the use of science laboratories and transportation are made for eleven months.
- Bills are dispatched one week in advance for the forthcoming months and have to be settled before 15th of each current month.
- A surcharge of 5 percent will be added to the bill amount if the payment is not made by the end of the month, and 10 percent surcharge will be added for payment made after two months.
- Students whose accounts fall into arrears for more than two months will have their names struck off the record, and they shall have to seek new admission on the payment of fees as at the time of first admission. Readmission of such students will depend solely at the discretion of the school authority.
Payment of monthly bills of the students can be made as follows:
- Parents/ students may deposit the voucher(s) of the school fees into the DROP BOX kept at different branches of Himalayan Bank by filling in the three-copy deposit slip available at the bank counter. Currently, this facility is available at Patan, New Road and Thamel branches of the bank.
- Fees can also be deposited in any branch of Citizen Bank Ltd. by filling in the three-copy printed cash voucher and a copy of the deposit voucher must be submitted to the office to keep the record.
- Debit Visa Card or Standing Instruction can also be used for the payment of the school fees, for which Parents/ students have to open an account in any branch of Himalayan Bank.
- Parents/ students wishing to pay in cash can deposit money at the fee counter of the school, Dhapakhel.
- Parents/Guardians may also use Debit Visa Card or Credit Card of any bank to make payment of the fees with a surcharge of 2.5 percent on the total fee amount.
