Billing System

  1. Tuition fee is charged for twelve months.
  2. Transportation charge is payable for eleven months.
  3. Bills are dispatched one week in advance for the forthcoming months, and have to be settled before 25th of each current month, failing which a surcharge of 5 percent will be added to the bill amount, and 10 percent surcharge will be added for the payment made after two months.
  4. Students, whose accounts fall into arrears for more than two months, will have their names struck off the record, and they shall have to seek new admission on the payment of fees as at the time of first admission. Re-admission of such students will solely be at the discretion of the college authority.
