Payment Procedures



Payment of monthly bills of the students can be made as follows:
  1. Parents/ students may deposit the college fees into the Drop Box kept at different branches of Himalayan Bank by filling in a three-copy deposit voucher available at the bank counter. Currently, this facility is available at Patan, New Road and Thamel branches of the bank.
  2. The college fees can also be deposited in any branch of Citizen Bank Ltd. by filling in a three-copy deposit voucher, and one copy of which must be submitted to the office to keep the record.
  3. A Debit Visa Card or Standing Instruction can also be used for the payment of the college fees for which Parents/ students have to open an account in any branch of Himalayan Bank.
  4. Parents/ students can pay in cash at the fee counter of the school, Dhapakhel or Sanepa.
  5. Parents/ students may also use Debit Visa Card or Credit Card of any bank to make the payment of college fees with a surcharge of 2.5 percent on the total fee amount.
