The following documents must be presented along with the application form:
a.    Mark sheet of the SLC (School Leaving Certificate)
b.    Character Certificate
c.    Certificates of awards or scholarships you earned at school, if any
d.    Two recently taken passport size coloured photographs
e.    Migration Certificate (For the students passed from other boards)
