Each student’s progress is frequently observed throughout the year to ensure that she/he is coping with the course of study and making progress. Unit tests, terminal examinations and a send-up examination are conducted to prepare students for the board examinations administered by the Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB). Students are required to secure a minimum of 40 percent marks in the overall internal evaluation to qualify themselves to appear for the board examinations. The student falling short of the expected minimum marks will not be allowed to appear for the board examinations, and shall have to repeat the course the following year.
