Billing System
- Tuition and Boarding (Accommodation) fees are charged for twelve months.
- Transportation and fooding fee will be charged for eleven (11) months except during winter vacation.
- There will be no rebate in charges for food if the hostel is closed for less than two weeks.
- Items of books and stationery will be charged for separately.
- Bills are dispatched one week in advance for the forthcoming month, and have to be cleared before the 15th of the concerned month.
- A surcharge of 5 percent will be added for payments made between the 16th and the end of the month.
- For payments made after the end of the concerned month, an additional surcharge of 10 percent will be added to the total due amount.
- Students whose accounts fall into arrears for more than two months will have their names struck off the office record, and they shall have to seek new admission on payment of fees as at the time of first admission. Re-admission of such students depends solely on the discretionary powers rested with the Director/ Principal.
- Club activities, Science lab, and Library fees are charged three times a year (termwise).
