Payment Procedures

Payment of monthly bills of students can be made as follows:
  1. Parents/ guardians can pay school fees in cash at the fee counter of the school at Dhapakhel or Sanepa. Drafts may be accepted only in case of boarders coming from outside the Kathmandu valley. Any exchange charge on all drafts is billed, and cheques are not accepted.

  2. Parents may deposit school fees in the Drop Box kept at different branches of Himalayan Bank by filling in a three-copy deposit voucher available at the bank counter. Currently, this facility is available at Patan, New Road and Thamel branches of the bank.

  3. Standing Instructions can also be used for the payment of the school fees for which parents/ guardians have to open an account in any branch of Himalayan Bank.

  4. The school fees can also be deposited in any branch of Citizen Bank Ltd. by filling in a three-copy deposit voucher. Once the fee is deposited, the bank sends the record of the payment to the school through email by the evening on the same day. However, parents are requested to keep a copy of the deposit voucher safely until they receive a computer-generated official receipt from the school.

  5. Parents/ guardians may also use Debit Visa Card or Credit Card of any bank to make the payment of the school fees with a surcharge of 2.5 percent on the total fees amount.
