Failure of a student to report to the school within seven days of the beginning of every new academic session will be treated as a withdrawal from the school, and the seat will be provided to a candidate on the waiting list. A student who misses classes for 15 days continuously without prior permission from the principal will have his/ her name struck off the record.

Whenever a student is absent, the cause of absence must be mentioned by the parents/ guardians in the diary of the student. In case of absence for more than 3 days due to illness, an application accompanied by a Medical Certificate must be produced.
