Withdrawal

Withdrawals can be made at the end of the academic session, provided an application has been submitted at least two months before the academic session ends or else annual fees and an amount equivalent to one month's fee will be charged before issuing the Transfer Certificate. Mid-session withdrawal is discouraged. If it becomes absolutely imperative to withdraw a student, a written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the Principal, at least, three months in advance. Otherwise, three months' tuition fees along with hostel/ boarding charges in case of boarder students will have to be paid before obtaining the Transfer Certificate.
