A withdrawal can be made at the end of the academic session provided an application has been submitted at least two months before the academic session ends or else annual fees and an amount equivalent to one month’s fee is charged before issuing the transfer certificate (TC). Requests for mid-session withdrawals are discouraged. However, if it becomes absolutely imperative to withdraw a student with a genuine reason, a written notice of a withdrawal must be submitted to the principal, at least, three months in advance. Otherwise, three months' tuition fees along with hostel/ boarding charges in case of boarder students will have to be paid before obtaining the transfer certificate (TC).
