Well-qualified, trained and experienced teaching staff have been drawn from within as well as outside the country. The Director, assisted by the Principal, personally selects and guides members of teaching, and non-teaching staff. Academic responsibilities rest with Block In-charges while different wings of the hostel are managed by the Hostel Manager, Hostel In-charges, matrons, residential teachers and dozens of trained personnel. Regular training is imparted to teachers so that they are able to adapt to the modern methodology to make the teaching and the learning more effective. The task of training teachers is entrusted to highly qualified and experienced teachers, and professionals.
