Verbal complaints are not entertained. Parents are requested not to get into discussions with any member of staff but to put down their complaints or suggestions in writing and drop sealed envelopes into the Suggestion Box available at the front office. The management will look into the parents' grievances sympathetically at their earliest convenience, and take immediate steps to remedy any defect.
